Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

Nucleus API Inc. (“Zudo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Zudo website and the Zudo dashboard used by our business customers (“Customers”) to deploy and monitor AI voice and chat agents. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to zudo.work and related marketing pages, the Zudo customer dashboard, and other direct interactions you have with us — for example, requesting a demo, signing up for updates, contacting support, or applying for a job.

This Policy does not apply to personal information that Zudo processes on behalf of a Customer as part of delivering the Zudo platform to that Customer's own end users — for instance, a caller, policyholder, or client who speaks, texts, or chats with a Customer's AI-powered phone line or support channel. That processing is governed by our written agreement with the Customer, and the Customer — not Zudo — decides why and how that information is used and is responsible for its own privacy notices and legal basis for collecting it. If you interacted with an AI agent on a business's phone line, text, or chat channel and have questions about your information, please contact that business directly; Zudo acted only as its service provider.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly, such as when you request a demo, create a dashboard account, contact support, subscribe to updates, or apply for a role:

  • Name, work email, phone number, company name, and job title
  • Dashboard account credentials and preferences
  • Billing and payment details, where applicable
  • The content of support requests, messages, or other information you send us
  • Resume, cover letter, and related information if you apply for a job with us

Information collected automatically when you visit our website or use the dashboard:

  • IP address, device and browser type, operating system, and approximate location
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and session timing
  • Information collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

Information from other sources, such as a third-party identity provider you use to sign in, or a partner who refers you to us.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website and dashboard
  • To respond to inquiries and provide support
  • To process transactions and manage billing for a Customer subscription
  • To send product updates, onboarding communications, and — where permitted — marketing; you can opt out of marketing at any time
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements
  • To create de-identified or aggregated information that we use for analytics and to improve the Services

4. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business, such as cloud hosting, email and communications delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, and payment processing
  • Within a Customer account, if you are a user acting on behalf of a Customer (for example, dashboard access shared with your teammates)
  • For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or investigate fraud or security issues
  • In a corporate transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our assets
  • With your consent, or at your direction

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand how visitors find and use our pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, support our ongoing relationship with you or your organization, and satisfy the purposes described in this Policy, after which we delete or de-identify it unless a longer retention period is required for legal, tax, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live — including California, the European Economic Area, the UK, and other jurisdictions with similar laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of your data. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our website or dashboard from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and dashboard are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
